Data We Collect

ShipsTime collects only the details you enter to personalise the app:

• Name
• Department
• Nationality
• Ship name
• Sign-off (contract end) date
• Profile photo

All of this is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us or anyone else.

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your data with third parties.
• We do not collect analytics of any kind.

Third-Party Services

To provide live information, ShipsTime contacts a few public services. None of your personal data is sent to them:

• Exchange rates are fetched from open.er-api.com. No personal data is sent.
• Weather data is fetched from open-meteo.com using an approximate location only. No personal data is sent.
• Ship (AIS) data comes from public maritime APIs. Only a ship name is used as a search query.

Analytics

None. ShipsTime does not include any analytics or tracking SDKs.

Data Deletion

Because everything is stored on your device, you can delete all of your data at any time simply by uninstalling the app.

Children

ShipsTime is not directed at children under 13.

Independence

ShipsTime is not affiliated with any cruise line or shipping company.
